My translation of three poems by Dr. Leila Kordbache has just appeared on Parsagon: The Persian Literature Review . Kordbache belongs to the  young generation of female Iranian poets and has published several volumes of poetry in Persian. Her poetry is known for its feminine imagery and its peculiar style of language, which marks a break with the conventional uses of diction and, ocassionally, grammar in Persian poetry.
